All project scopes, timelines, and fees are defined in a written quotation or agreement before work begins. Changes to scope may affect cost and timeline and will be agreed in writing before implementation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely information, access, and feedback needed to deliver the agreed work, and to make payments as specified in the engagement agreement.
4. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an initial deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery or per agreed milestones. Late payments may pause work until settled.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the custom software, designs, and content produced specifically for their project. Avidab retains the right to reuse general knowledge, tools, and code written for reuse that is not specific to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability
